Check the “Google” tab on your phone settings.
This is strange, I did not really notice anything or updated anything that I can recall, but when I checked the Google setting on my Andriod phone, I find a new feature, COVID-19 Exposure notification.
When I checked the settings, it is not turned on.
Does this mean that we are already tracked, and this is a way for them to notify us?
Check your Andriod Phone now.
From a friend, iOS seems to have a similar feature.
