I’m out for 1 month in National Parks, Beaches and Canyons. And when you was in areas that have absolutely no cell signals, there is no reason to look at your phone (except for taking photos)
I have regularly (on purpose) gone on trips to areas that are off the grid. I find that staying away from connections, news and other sources that can influence you in negative ways can be a healthy thing to do, and getting fresh air is always good.
