Customers evaluates a company’s stewardship of its customers through the quality of its products and services, ethical marketing, data privacy and security, and feedback channels.

Products and services designed to address a particular social problem for or through its customers, such as health or educational products, arts & media products, serving underserved customers/clients, and services that improve the social impact of other businesses or organizations can create a big impact to our society.

Here are some tips to enhance your impact by supporting your customers.

  1. Impact Improvement

If you are a consulting company, depending on your competencies, you can be helping companies create strategies to employ a more diverse and inclusive workforce; you can work with a company to reduce their Greenhouse Gas emission by using more renewable energy and have more efficient energy use; work with companies to find less toxic, more sustainable alternatives or processes; you can create circular models to help companies reduce waste; etc.

Understanding your extent of impact improvement.
