I’ve met many amazing and creative people in Singapore, however, you often hear companies saying that they cannot get creative talents in Singapore.
For years, Singapore has been importing foreigners because locals are not able to perform the task. This sounds like the situation back in 1965 where the population is largely uneducated and till today, nothing much has changed.
Are policies too restrictive to have creativity?
