I’ve recently bought this on Shopee, and shared the photo, and had a lot of interest in how it tastes, so here it goes.

For all of you who don’t know what Laksa is, Laksa is a spicy noodle dish popular in Southeast Asia. Specifically, 328 Katong Laksa is a Singapore style, in a spicy coconut broth seasoned with Asam and Laksa leaf. Typically, it has thick rice noodles inside, and the 328 Katong Style is cutting it into small pieces so all you need to eat with is a spoon. (no chopstick or for required)

Typically, it contains cockles shrimp, tofu skin, fish cake, and the soup is often quite thick and rich.

So this is a new product, I assume, some kind of partnership with Nissin, a popular Japanese instant noodle brand.

So here it is.

This is your standard Nissin Bowl noodle style, 1 packet of soup base (Powder), 1 packet of Garnish (dehydrated tofu skin and shrimp — no “hum”), 1 packet of chilli.

You put everything in, pour boiling water and close the lid, then let it sit for 2 minutes.
