I understand that the number of newly infected cases are always in record high, and the government claims that it is from the returning Singaporeans, however, there are also new cases that popped up like the FengShan PCF Sparkletots.
I wonder when is it time to simply decide to get all companies in non-essential industry to work from home?
I understand that there is a call to close Brothels, Bars, and Nightclubs, but the Casino is still opened? Is Gambling so essential to Singapore?
We have several malls with infection but people can still go shopping as per usual.
When they call for social distancing and people have to travel to work in rush hour, why are the trains and buses still so crowded, and how are we going to do social distancing?
Looking at the ERP, I could avoid the crowded if I drive, but why is the ERP still running, and parking charges still so high?
People are finding it hard to live in the world most expensive city, and give bits of money … later in the year does not cut. Can we have removal of GST now as well?
The 7% will mean a lot to everyone!
There is also a fine if you do not follow social distancing, but it can not be observed in public transportation as everyone is still going to work, making food courts, hawker centers always busy as ever.
I have a lot more questions for the budget which does not seem to be adequate in addressing the situation.
