Reclaimed Land and Disappearing Green in Singapore

I remember tough laws growing up in Singapore, not to pluck flower and not to litter. Singapore also had a lot of green areas that are respected and maintained.

These patches of green are habitats for birds and other wildlife and you can occasionally see little mousedeers and other animals when you go to Tampines, Punggol and Tengah areas.

Many of these areas area kept green also because they are used for military training or rain catchment areas.
